Service Description

Face-to-Face Sessions will be held at The Health Sanctuary in Williamstown. These mind-body medicine sessions are specifically designed to hold space for your requirements. I will spend a portion of the session listening deeply to your needs and then together we will tailor meditations to meet these needs. The meditation styles may include any or all of the following: * Focussed attention * Body scan * Open monitoring * Mindfulness based meditation * Compassion meditation * Moving meditation * Traditional meditation practices from the Yogic, Buddhist or Classical Tantra wisdom traditions. We may be able to assist with anything from mental health struggles such as depression and anxiety, gut issues, chronic pain such as back pain, stress and overwhelm, ADHD and other neurotypes and much more.
