Move into Stillness | Tickets

Move into Stillness is a beautiful opportunity to spend time in retreat as we move from the stillness of autumn to the hibernation of winter.

This half day inner city retreat will progress from active practices in the morning through to quiet still practices throughout the day. We will close out the retreat with a yoga nidra and sound healing.

Lunch break will be arranged at Leroy's Cafe, Newport for an extra fee if desired.

The retreat will be hosted by experienced practitioners who have been moving and meditating for over 30 years.

• Kimberley of Breathe, Move, Relax is an accredited Exercise Physiologist, but has been practicing Yoga and various healing modalities for over 25 years.

  
  

• Kylee of Sacred Stillness has a Masters in Biomedical Meditation Therapy and Allied Health and has been practicing and teaching meditation and mind-body medicine for over 30 years.
