Service Description

These mind-body medicine sessions are specifically designed to hold space for your requirements. I will spend a portion of the session listening deeply to your needs and then together we will tailor meditations to meet these needs. In the follow-up sessions we will spend a short period reviewing the previous session and your progress so that we can further tailor your meditation practice and then spend more time sitting in meditation together. The meditation styles may include any or all of the following: * Focussed attention * Body scan * Open monitoring * Mindfulness based meditation * Compassion meditation * Moving meditation * Traditional meditation practices from the Yogic, Buddhist or Classical Tantra wisdom traditions. We may be able to assist with anything from mental health struggles such as depression and anxiety, gut issues, chronic pain such as back pain, stress and overwhelm, ADHD and other neurotypes and much more. Our sessions are trauma-informed, LGBTIQ friendly and neurodiversity friendly. Please don't hesitate to reach out to discuss options, times and pricing. Payment online or in person via EFTPOS

Cancellation Policy

Sacred Stillness Meditation & Mind-Body Medicine is a Trauma Informed, Rainbow, and Neurodivergent Business. I will provide a list of emergency contact numbers within your membership portal, as well as your rights and responsibilities as a meditation student. However, please note that I am not a qualified physical or mental health Doctor and therefore, you acknowledge that you will take responsibility for your own physical and emotional wellbeing throughout the classes, seeking the appropriate professional medical attention as required. I understand that plans can easily change. However, as a courtesy to myself and other class students, I would appreciate 12 hours' notice of cancellation. Otherwise, for face-to-face classes, the full class fee may be retained to cover the cost of venue hire. Payment: I prefer card payment in class if possible, however, booking on the website is also an option. Similarly, I require minimum attendance number to cover the cost of venue hire. If the minimum attendance number is not achieve by 3pm on the day of the class, the class will be cancelled and you will be informed by email or text message. You will also be refunded as per the Terms and Conditions on this website. Please ensure that your mobile phone is switched off in class. Please avoid having a heavy meal prior to class if possible. Sometimes we will practice Pranayama and it is not ideal to have a full stomach. Similarly, a heavy meal can lead to sleepiness in class. Please advise ahead of time if you have mobility requirements so that I can make provisions. Chairs are provided for meditation. If you prefer a cushion or other specialist meditation seat, please bring if desired.
