Twilight Silent Mini Retreats

Attending retreat is one of the most important aspects of our meditation practice. It provides for extended focused attention to our practice, which facillitates deepening into awareness and shedding of the layers that mask our true nature.

Andrew Holecek, author and dream and sleep researcher describes dark retreats as an opportunity to explore the porous boundaries between awake and asleep. Whilst these mini-retreats are not a full "dark retreat", they are an introduction or preparation for attendance at a dark retreat if desired, or simply time to spend nurturing yourself more deeply within the container of meditation.

Held in the liminal space between day and night, these twilight meditations will be the perfect way to transition from your daily life into sleep and dreams.

I will provide gentle guided mindfulness meditation practices that are otherwise conducted in total silence to allow you to deepen into spacious awareness.

Commencing Wednesday April 8th, these twilight, silent retreats will be held according to expressions of interest and will be either Wednesday or Sunday evenings.
